Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
- During product drops, sales, and restocks, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days due to high order volume.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
📮 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship from Ontario, Canada.
Canada:
- Tracked Shipping: 2–8 business days
United States
- Tracked: 5–12 business days
International
- Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 2–5 weeks.
- Tracked shipping is recommended for reliability.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by customs, weather, or global shipping delays.
🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or undervalue parcels.
📦 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Reshipping fees if the order is returned to us
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
