About the Role

Qawim Collection is seeking an energetic, highly organized On-Call Booth Assistant to support our fast-growing retail pop-ups and interactive DIY workshops. This is a dynamic, on-the-go role perfect for someone who loves customer interaction, hands-on crafting, and the bustling environment of local vendor markets. Because our events travel to different cities, reliable transportation is an absolute must.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transport: Safely transport inventory, displays, and event equipment to and from various pop-up venues.
Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with loading, unloading, and assembling retail booth displays and workshop tables.
Customer Experience: Greet customers, answer questions about our handcrafted jewelry and apparel, and process sales smoothly.
Workshop Support: Help facilitate interactive DIY craft events (such as decoden mirror decorating), ensuring attendees have the materials and guidance they need.
Inventory Management: Keep the booth restocked, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event.

Requirements

Mandatory: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle capable of transporting event materials (boxes, display stands, etc.).
Availability: Flexible schedule with strong availability on weekends, as this is when most pop-ups and markets occur.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving inventory boxes and booth equipment.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong time management, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
